Acceptable Use Policy

Describe real problems at properties you own, rent or manage. Do not submit fabricated projects, test professionals with jobs you do not intend to book, or use the assistant to obtain estimates for someone else's competing service.

Only upload photos you have the right to share. Avoid capturing other people, documents, or anything unrelated to the problem being diagnosed.

Illegal, violent, sexual, hateful or harassing content is prohibited and results in immediate account closure.

Communicate respectfully and keep arrangements within the agreed scope. Do not pressure professionals into cash-only work to avoid platform records, or attempt to collect their personal data for marketing.

AI guidance is informational. Never use it to attempt gas, high-voltage electrical, structural or asbestos work yourself. If there is a gas smell, exposed live wiring, flooding or fire risk, contact emergency services first.

Do not scrape the site, resell access, share accounts, reverse engineer the assistant, submit automated bulk requests, or probe the platform for vulnerabilities without written permission. Responsible disclosure is welcome at [email protected].

Depending on severity we may warn you, restrict features, freeze credits pending review, or close the account. Serious cases are reported to the relevant authorities. Credits lost to enforcement for fraud or abuse are not refunded.
