Terms of Service

Deiser Apps provides an AI assistant that helps identify home problems, produces indicative estimates, and connects you with independent verified professionals.

Deiser Apps is a marketplace and a software service. We do not carry out repairs ourselves and we are not a party to the contract between you and the professional you choose.

An account is created when you complete a credits order. You must provide accurate details, be at least 18 years old, and keep your password confidential. Passwords must be at least eight characters.

You are responsible for activity carried out under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe it has been accessed without your permission.

All paid functionality is priced in credits. One credit costs 0.10 EUR. Prices shown in other currencies are converted at indicative market rates and may vary slightly at settlement.

The minimum purchase is 50 credits. Credits are added to your balance once payment clears, are consumed when you request a paid service, and do not expire while your account remains active.

Credits carry no cash value outside the platform, cannot be transferred between accounts, and are not a payment instrument or stored value product.

Bank transfer is currently the available payment method. Bank details are emailed after your order is placed, and functionality is unlocked once the transfer is received.

Card, PayPal and Stripe payments are announced as coming soon and are not selectable at this time.

Promotional codes apply to the order in which they are entered and cannot be combined or applied retroactively.

AI diagnoses and estimates are indicative and are based on the information you provide. They are not an inspection, a survey, or a binding quotation.

Firm pricing, workmanship, warranties and scheduling are the responsibility of the professional you engage. Disputes about completed work are handled between you and that professional, with our support where we can help.

You agree to use the service lawfully and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the platform, submit fraudulent orders or attempt to disrupt the service.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of credits you purchased in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of independent professionals, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms and will publish the revised date at the top of this page. Material changes are notified by email.
