Account data: first name, last name, email address and the password hash created when you complete a credits order.

Project data: the descriptions you write, the photos you upload, the property address or area you provide, and the diagnosis, estimates and quotes generated from them.

Order data: credit quantity, currency, promotional codes, chosen payment method and payment status. We never store full bank card numbers.

Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, and interaction events needed to keep the service secure and working.

To produce AI diagnoses and estimates from your descriptions and photos, and to match your project with suitable professionals.

To create and maintain your account, apply credits to services you request, and process your orders and refunds.

To detect fraud and abuse, keep the platform secure, and comply with accounting and tax obligations.

To send transactional messages such as bank transfer details, order confirmations and credit balance notices. Marketing messages are only sent with consent and can be withdrawn at any time.

We rely on the performance of a contract for account, credit and matching functions; legitimate interests for security, fraud prevention and service improvement; consent for optional cookies and marketing; and legal obligation for invoicing and record keeping.

When you request matching, the professionals you are matched with receive the project scope, photos relevant to the job and the contact details required to arrange the visit. They act as independent controllers for the work they carry out.

We also use processors for hosting, email delivery, payment reconciliation and analytics. They act only on our documented instructions and under contractual confidentiality terms.

We do not sell personal data.

Account and project data is retained while your account is active and for up to 24 months after your last activity. Order and invoice records are kept for the period required by tax law, typically five to ten years. Photos can be deleted on request at any time.

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent you may withdraw it at any time without affecting prior processing.

Requests are answered within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area we use Standard Contractual Clauses and additional safeguards.

Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to staff who need it, and administrative actions on accounts and orders are logged.
