Refund Policy

Consumers in the European Union may withdraw from a credits purchase within 14 days of payment. Unused credits are refunded in full to the account the payment came from.

If part of the balance has already been spent, the unused remainder is refunded at the purchase price of 0.10 EUR per credit.

Beyond the withdrawal window, unused credits remain on your balance and stay valid while your account is active. Refunds outside the window are considered case by case, for example when an account is closed at your request.

If a paid AI action fails to complete, returns an empty result, or no professional could be matched to your request, the credits for that action are returned to your balance automatically. If they are not, contact support and we will credit them manually.

Payments for the repair or installation itself are made directly to the professional and are governed by their own terms. Where the professional was matched through Deiser Apps we will assist in resolving a dispute, but we cannot issue a refund for money we did not receive.

If an order is never paid it simply lapses and nothing is charged. If a transfer arrives twice or with an incorrect amount, the difference is refunded to the sending account within five business days.

Refunds are made in the currency you were invoiced in. Bank charges or exchange rate movements between payment and refund are outside our control.
